Thia received her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and her J.D. from Pepperdine University.
Prior to founding Cochran + Kang LLP, Thia practiced at top national law firms such as Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel & Silbert; Katten Muchin & Zavis (now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman); and Bryan Cave.
Thia focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including office, retail and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions and real estate finance. Thia represents a wide range of clients from institutional investors to individuals.
